Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing enhancements across all operational areas to elevate product quality and boost manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Improvement
    • Analyze manufacturing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement;
    • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Management
    • Lead project management efforts to include reporting to senior leaders on assignment progress, challenges, ROI, and next steps;
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Quality
    • Apply lean principles to evaluate and implement opportunities for improvement;
    • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality and consistency;
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering;
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required, Industrial Engineering preferred;
  • Software knowledge including statistical analysis tools (Excel, MiniTab, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • CAD (Siemens NX)/SAP/Oracle, Team Centre, and Power BI experience preferred;
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, and quality control techniques;
  • Versatile and a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
