Your Role
As the Voice Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction for our Voice services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting a comprehensive strategic roadmap for Voice services, including business case development and benefit analysis.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather diverse requirements and align them with the strategic vision.
- Ensuring the IVR system operates efficiently around the clock, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
- Delivering measurable enhancements in customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Leading a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence and innovation in Voice technology.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in managing complex telephony and IVR projects.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams towards achieving high standards.
- Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven influencing skills to navigate senior leadership discussions.
- A deep understanding of IVR and Voice technologies, with experience in UCCaaS platforms like Genesys or Nuance.
