Job Title: Head of Service

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Head of Service at The Cambian Group. As a senior leader in our specialist mental health services, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of our care and support services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with our clinical team, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the needs of our service users.

As a Head of Service, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Working closely with our clinical team, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the needs of our service users
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of our services
  • Ensuring that our services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:
