Job Overview:
In this role, you will deliver both practical and emotional support to individuals, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.
Flexibility is essential as the position requires working various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, along with potential overnight stays.

Participate in the daily execution of personalized support plans and activities within a dynamic environment.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with service users, their families, and other stakeholders while upholding confidentiality.
Assist service users with meal preparation, laundry tasks, cleaning, and social activities.
Keep accurate records and documentation as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Desired Attributes:
Diploma in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue one.
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and/or mental health conditions.
Ability to remain composed under pressure.
Confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for working with vulnerable adults
Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
