Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our management team at a well-established independent pub and restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nine and developing menus that showcase a mix of classic pub fare and innovative dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth
  • Train and develop a team of chefs to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations to achieve high food gross profit and excellent EHO scores
