Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Prezzo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The Role

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of Italian cuisine, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Lead a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are in line with company targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
