**Job Summary**

As a 3.5t Delivery Driver at DX, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of customers' products to their required premises. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate a 3.5t vehicle in a safe and legal manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver goods to customers' premises, ensuring that all deliveries are made within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Utilize your geographical knowledge and navigation skills to efficiently manage your delivery route.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Solve customer problems at the point of delivery, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

**Additional Requirements**

  • A current driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
