Our company is looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team based in the UK. We supply high-quality tablets and capsules to leading brands worldwide.

As a member of our production team, you will work in a cleanroom environment (PPE provided) and have the opportunity to work independently or as part of a small team. We have a number of positions available throughout the production process based on previous experience.

We are particularly keen to speak to individuals who have had experience in the manufacture of tablets, capsules, and/or blending of powders. Experience with Bosch, Syntegon, and PTK machines is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Good communication skills
  • A keenness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong timekeeping skills
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a great team
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Conduct Quality Control tests as required
  • Set up the manufacturing equipment and process
  • Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
  • Operate, control, monitor, and conduct cleaning for the manufacturing process equipment
  • Ensure we can achieve our KPIs and targets
  • Ensure the work area meets required GMP & BRC standards
  • Maintain and support a right-first-time culture
