About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join DFS as a Compliance Team Leader, where you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance monitoring framework and driving compliant behavior across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Regulatory Compliance function in ensuring the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring framework and drive compliant behavior.
- Creation of compliance management information for use with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the Compliance assurance monitoring schedule is fulfilled.
- Line Management responsibility for Compliance Assurance team.
- Responsible for supporting the Group with regulatory changes.
- Provide assurance to the Group that the Group is meeting its regulatory requirements.
- Deliver enhancements to current compliance procedures.
- Support the fulfilment of Subject access requests across the Group.
- Ensure that the Group delivers good customer outcomes to its customers.
- Compliance assurance call monitoring.
Requirements
- You have a compliance based background with experience of having direct reports into you.
