Job Opportunity: HR Advisor
Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a leading, multi-site and long-established organisation to assist in the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their highly-performing HR function.
The successful HR Advisor will provide expert HR advice and support to senior managers and employees on all aspects of people management, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management. In addition, the HR Advisor will work alongside the talented HR team to devise and execute on HR strategies, projects, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislative changes.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and delivery of company HR Projects.
- Provide specialist support and advice to senior management on all employee relations cases.
- Support the HR team in creating, delivering, and revising existing learning and development support provided to all employees.
- Engage with the HR team in devising and rolling out company engagement and culture initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation of new HR Systems to aid the company in identifying and monitoring opportunities for career growth and employee performance levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years HR Generalist experience at Advisor level.
- Preferable to have obtained a CIPD Level 5 Qualification.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Full Driving Licence.
