As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement support plans to ensure the well-being and safety of individuals
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Recruit and develop team members to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home
