At phs Group, we are pleased to share that our organization is expanding. To support this growth, we are seeking skilled Electricians and Electricians Mates to enhance our accomplished team, focusing on LED lighting upgrades for a prominent retail client across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute LED lighting installations during scheduled hours and outside of regular hours as per project timelines.
  • Ensure all documentation and certifications are accurately completed and submitted punctually.
  • Conduct preliminary surveys to ascertain precise stock requirements on a site-by-site basis.
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to provide updates on scheduled tasks.
  • Receive deliveries from various suppliers, rental services, and waste management companies.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of project contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Facilitate the handover of completed work to the site manager upon project completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week or more, including evening and twilight shifts as required by projects.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home as necessary.
  • Valid UK manual driving license for at least 12 months, with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • NVQ Level 3 and City & Guilds 2360/2365 Level 3 Diploma/2330 qualification.
  • City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing qualifications (desirable).
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification is mandatory.
  • IPAF 3a & 3b certification.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Experience in electrical installation and project work, particularly in commercial lighting upgrades.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
