A dedicated and skilled Field Installation Specialist is sought to become a part of the dynamic team at a prominent hot tub enterprise. This position offers flexibility with options for full-time or part-time employment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on individual eager for a diverse and physically engaging position within a close-knit and welcoming team.

Work hours can vary, with opportunities for part-time roles or full-time commitments of up to 40 hours weekly, primarily from Monday to Friday, including occasional weekend shifts. There may also be instances requiring overnight stays for long-distance deliveries.

Role Responsibilities

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the ability to operate vans weighing up to 3.5 tons, demonstrate a practical mindset with a knack for repairs, and exhibit strong communication and customer service skills. A proactive and positive approach to work is essential. While not mandatory, experience in troubleshooting and customer service is advantageous.

Key Duties Include:

  • Delivering and installing a diverse range of products both locally and across the country
  • Providing maintenance and servicing for hot tubs in the local area
  • Conducting repairs and servicing in the workshop
  • Setting up exhibition displays at consumer events nationwide
  • Performing general warehouse tasks
  • Advising customers on water care and product upkeep

Essential Skills:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical fitness and a commitment to completing tasks
  • Self-motivated with a positive demeanor
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Polite and customer-oriented approach
