About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance function and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards, and implement measures to minimize the risk of accidents and environmental damage.
  • Project Management: Manage small-scale projects, including lifecycle works, to ensure performance quality levels are met and risks are treated in a timely manner.
  • Recruitment and Personnel Management: Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance team members, and manage their performance to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
