Sales Coordinator Role

Are you a highly organized and communicative individual looking to develop a long-term career in sales? We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our UK office, working closely with our Commercial Manager and field-based sales team to drive sales growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager and field-based sales team to track sales activity and forecasting
  • Ensure CRM is up to date with company information
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities from research
  • Use email, calls, and LinkedIn to promote the company service and products
  • Track sales activity to produce reports for the SMT
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing activity and trade events
  • Assist with coordinating projects, including additional administration
  • Ensure understanding of products/services to communicate value to clients
  • Ensure quotations are sent out promptly and followed up effectively

Requirements:

  • Experience of making B2B sales calls
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Confidence in using MS Office
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to develop a long-term career with a sales bias
  • Great sense of humor
