Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a Data Analyst - Performance and Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of data transformation requirements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to our clients' programs.
  2. Payment by Results (PBR) Claims: Lead the data work required to support the successful submission of PBR claims.
  3. Data Integration and Matching: Work closely with our data team to bring together key data sources and develop technical solutions to match large and complex datasets.
  4. Live Tracking and Reporting: Lead on the live tracking of family progress and the completion of quarterly PBR returns to central government.
  5. Auditing and Compliance: Ensure robust auditing arrangements are in place to ensure all PBR claims are made in accordance with audit and financial regulations.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the wider use and analysis of data relating to our clients' programs, bringing together qualitative and quantitative data to progress program objectives.
  7. Performance Reporting: Support the development and completion of regular performance reporting and analysis that evidences progress against program objectives.
  8. Additional Reporting: Lead on the completion of additional/ad-hoc reporting processes as dictated by central government.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with teams across our clients' organizations and partner agencies to improve data quality and identify other potential sources of data.
  10. Professional Development: Undertake any other work appropriate to the level and general nature of the post's duties.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context, ideally within a public sector organization.
  2. Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the Supporting Families Framework and the principles of payment by results methodology.
  3. Skills: Strong working knowledge of information governance principles and the importance of robust and effective processes.
  4. Technical Skills: Applied understanding of using large and complex data sets, including linking, interrogating, and analyzing data to address business requirements.
  5. Communication Skills: Experience of presenting complex data and analyses to a range of stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, suitable for different audiences.
  6. IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
