Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Provider Data Automation, Analysis & Audit to join our team at Centene Corporation. This is a critical role that will oversee the development of automated batch loads of provider data, reporting, and data submissions related to provider records, as well as the implementation of audit processes to ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Create, validate, and produce reports for state or other reporting needs, including GeoAccess and provider network reports.
  • Data Integrity: Develop reports to assure data integrity among multiple data sources and work with accountable departments to resolve issues.
  • Audit and Compliance: Oversee audit of provider data records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee provider data department staff responsible for development and implementation of automated batch data loads.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, including project management experience and the ability to develop system business requirements. Additionally, 3+ years of supervisory/management experience is required. Preferred experience with Portico, Amisys, CenProv, or SQL is also desired.
