In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Transform client application requirements into comprehensive models or descriptions of our functional components.
  • Assume responsibility for defining cross-functional Building Blocks, serving as the technical authority, and developing concepts that encompass both hardware and software dimensions.
  • Act as the liaison between our clients, application engineering, and development teams, while cultivating cross-functional networks.
  • Be the Specification owner, striving for an optimal balance between client needs and company objectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as Specifications, Functional Safety Analyses, and User Manuals to ensure ISO26262 compliance and provide the necessary functional descriptions.

Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a broad perspective will be key to your success. You will leverage your innovative yet methodical approach, supported by a curious and logical mindset. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric focus will enable you to foster and sustain long-term relationships.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Concept/Architecture, IC design/verification, or similar fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of high-scale integrated SoCs utilizing the latest technologies, emphasizing high performance and low power microcontroller infrastructure.
  • Experience in formulating Hardware Specifications and User Manuals.
  • Familiarity with microcontroller and automotive applications is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of safety standards and applications (e.g., ISO26262, ISO21434, and/or FMEDA) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
