About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our Edinburgh Construction Disputes team. As a key member of the team, you will engage in the full range of contentious construction and engineering matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on sector-defining dispute resolution work, spanning formats, sectors, and borders.
  • Work with cutting-edge businesses to advise construction and engineering clients on mitigation strategies, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
  • Develop a depth of expertise in contentious construction and engineering law, with a focus on renewable energy, major infrastructure projects, real estate developments, and public sector works.
  • Collaborate with award-winning team members to deliver high-quality results for prestigious clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team, working closely with Partners to build up your reputation in the field.
About You
  • An ambitious construction litigation lawyer with at least 5+ years of relevant PQE.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with clients spanning the full spectrum of sectors and scale.
  • Commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction and engineering law landscape.
  • Enjoys working in a friendly team environment and supporting junior colleagues in their development.
