Corporate - Transactions - Scotland - Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Corporate Team in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and excellent drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting principal documents for Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, and Equity Capital Markets transactions
  • Providing efficient professional support to partners and senior lawyers
  • Developing professional client relationships and building a strong network
  • Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm
  • Involvement in marketing events and business development initiatives
  • Managing and supervising the work of others, including junior associates and trainees

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
  • Excellent drafting skills and ability to lead and project manage transactional work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate legal theory into practical advice
