CityWorx is recruiting on behalf of an established home care provider, seeking a Compliance and Training Manager to promote outstanding levels of care and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Registered and Deputy Manager to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and manage a team of field supervisors and senior care workers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of care staff, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and maintain high standards of care.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and Duty Manager to maintain accurate records, including care assessments, risk assessments, and care plans.
- Contribute to CQC inspections, PIR returns, and QA inspections by local authority partners.
- Liaise with social care teams to address issues and attend client reviews as necessary.
- Organize and manage induction training and six-monthly refresher training, ensuring it is up-to-date and compliant.
- Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources.
- Participate in on-call duties, responding to escalated emergencies.
For this role, you will need experience in delivering care induction training and ideally hold a training qualification. A NVQ/QCF Level 3/5 in Health & Social Care is also required.
