As a Gardener at the National Trust, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of horticulture at Hinton Ampner and Winchester City Mill. Your daily tasks will include routine gardening activities such as weeding, pruning, and mulching, as well as using machinery like hedge cutters, leaf blowers, and tractors.

We are looking for an enthusiastic horticulturist and hands-on gardener who is knowledgeable about plants, experienced with machinery, and able to manage a demanding outdoor role. If you are a driver with a full license, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
