Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a comprehensive philanthropy strategy to grow income from major donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
- Build and cultivate relationships with high-value supporters, including major donors and corporate partners, to secure significant gifts.
- Collaborate across teams to translate our impactful work into compelling cases for support and ensure our projects resonate with potential funders.
- Lead a robust donor stewardship programme to ensure high-value donors receive the attention and communication they need.
- Manage a high-performing team, including the Trusts Foundations & Statutory Officer, to ensure they have the resources to excel in their roles.
