Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounting team, ensuring efficient and effective financial processes.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their financial needs and concerns.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
