Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Consultant with a background in customer service or call center environments to join our dynamic UK team. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers hybrid working options and competitive incentives as part of our global expansion.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (OTE £45,000 - £70,000)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to life insurance products.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and fair information about our offerings, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and company sales and quality assurance targets.
  • Assist and support clients, ensuring they have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safeguarded.

Candidate Profile

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a call center setting.
