Job Overview

Reston Waste Management, a family-owned enterprise, is seeking a dedicated Weighbridge Operator to enhance our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Weighbridge operations, ensuring the efficient processing of all vehicles entering and exiting the facility with precision.
  • Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation and reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the depot and management team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Capable of managing processes, prioritizing tasks, and solving problems effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • While training will be provided, prior experience in administration within the waste or recycling sector is advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Salary is negotiable

Experience Required:

  • Preferred: 1 year in Waste Management

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
