Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a courteous, prompt, and friendly demeanor towards all colleagues and guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all dining utensils, crockery, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned before and after use, maintaining cleanliness and safety in service areas.
  • Assist in the cleaning of cooking tools as directed by the culinary team during preparation and service periods.
  • Keep kitchen workspaces clean and organized, disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Support the setup and breakdown of your designated area in preparation for service.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Operate cleaning equipment as trained, adhering to company policies.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, including hygiene and manual handling protocols.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
