About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals Careers is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their queries are answered and issues are resolved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers. Experience in the hire industry is desirable but not essential.
