Job Purpose
As a key member of the ES Broadcast team, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kit room. Reporting to the Operations Director, this position is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term management of warehouse operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement forward planning strategies to ensure efficient warehouse operations, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the Bookings Department to coordinate logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment.
  • Supervise the daily schedule of drives, collections, dispatches, and pick-ups, ensuring that kits are prepared and dispatched promptly and accurately.
  • Attend regular management meetings to discuss progress and address any operational issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure that all maintenance and testing schedules are up-to-date and completed in a timely manner.
Performance Metrics
  • Hires are prepared, dispatched, and delivered to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Client retention rates are maintained at a high level, with regular repeat and referral business generated.
  • The kit room is organized, efficient, and well-maintained.
  • The kit room team is motivated, trained, and performing to a high standard.
  • Kit check-in processes are streamlined, with any issues related to breakages or losses promptly identified and addressed.
