Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Develop New Fundraising Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities to support the charity's financial objectives.
- Plan and Execute Fundraising Initiatives: Coordinate and support fundraising campaigns and events to meet financial targets.
- Cultivate a Network of Donors and Volunteers: Identify and develop relationships with potential donors and volunteers to support the charity's fundraising efforts.
- Promote Awareness of the Organisation's Mission and Work: Communicate the mission, vision, and programmes of Saffires effectively to donors, supporters, and the wider community.
- At least three years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Induction and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role
