Job Title: Pricing Strategy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team at Unit4 NV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior sales leadership to develop and execute pricing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Provide thought leadership on pricing and deal structuring to ensure optimal revenue realization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing models and strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product teams, and finance teams
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in pricing strategy, deal desk, bid management, commercial finance, or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in English, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
