Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Global Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our portfolio's three-year plan, driving growth and revenue.
- Grow Marketing Team: Lead and mentor a team of 15 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of success and driving team performance.
- Brand Development: Develop and maintain our brand across key global media platforms, engaging with external stakeholders to build relationships and drive brand awareness.
- PR and Communications: Develop and execute a PR strategy to raise our profile and drive media coverage.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to develop relationships across the business, sharing best practice and enhancing team learning.
- Target Setting and Achievement: Proven track record of setting and hitting targets and KPIs, with weekly reporting on performance updates.
