About the Role

We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Partner Manager to join our UK & Ireland Content department in London. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for launching and growing our most promising podcasts, managing relationships with podcasters, and innovating launch plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with current and future podcasters in the UK, from top talent to bedroom podcasters.
  2. Help creators launch their podcasts, provide editorial feedback, and develop strategies to grow their audiences.
  3. Be the primary point of contact for podcasters, directing them to the right team for their queries.
  4. Ensure sales teams globally have the necessary information to monetize Acast podcasts and create sales assets.
  5. Share ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and research with the Content department.
  6. Occasionally join Content Development Managers when pitching to new podcasters.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience working in the podcast industry.
  2. Proficient knowledge of the UK podcast market, media sales, and commercialization of podcasts.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. A creative thinker with a passion for podcasting and commercial opportunities.

Acast offers flexible working with no set number of days in our Shoreditch office. This role requires frequent in-person meetings with podcast partners in London.
