Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Adult Community Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Doctor to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Mid Cornwall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outpatient services to individuals aged 18 and above, referred by the multidisciplinary team, within the designated area.

The role will involve a mix of in-person consultations at outpatient clinics, home visits, and the use of alternative technologies such as phone consultations and video conferencing software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outpatient services to individuals aged 18 and above, referred by the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) multidisciplinary meetings to discuss new referrals and ongoing patient cases.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
