Salary: £16.20 per hour (Weekly Pay)

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established organisation in the storage and distribution industry. With the continuous growth of their business, they are seeking a dedicated Production/Warehouse Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Production/Warehouse Specialist, you will be an integral part of the production and warehouse team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Running the distillation plant throughout the night
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Drumming down chemicals
  • Accepting and segregating waste
  • Completing and verifying paperwork for chemical deliveries and despatch
  • Preparing hazardous goods for safe transportation
  • Operating forklift trucks
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Essential Skills:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Counterbalance forklift experience (expired licences will be considered)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and reliability
  • The willingness to adhere to instructions and procedures

Desirable Skills:

While not essential, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:

  • Experience in a similar production or warehouse role
