Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in Melksham on a part-time contract of 16 hours per week. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
  • Be a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude
  • Meet daily KPIs and contribute to the success of the store

Requirements

  • Good availability for weekend and weekday working
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
