We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Consultant. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our investments, products, and services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual chats
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless client support
  • Support the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes
