About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Advisor to join our team at Age Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional equity release advice to our clients and promoting Age Partnership as the premier provider of quality advice in the field of equity release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality equity release advice to clients, taking into account their individual objectives and circumstances.
  • Provide comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFI's, and adhere to company best practice.
  • Meet targets and KPI's, promoting Age Partnership as the UK's premier advisor in equity release.
  • Adhere to documented processes and maintain accurate records in line with company requirements.
  • Ensure competence to provide advice is maintained through a programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an advisory role within regulated financial services.
  • Professional background accustomed to high standards of personal discipline and behaviour.
  • Proven ability and experience in Financial Services, with a focus on equity release products.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial services qualifications, such as Certificate in Financial Planning or CeMAP.
