About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team of Financial Advisers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert financial advice, and driving business growth.

As a home-based Financial Adviser, you will enjoy the autonomy to manage your daily activities and diary, while being part of a successful team. You will receive ongoing support, guidance, training, and development in our processes, systems, and products to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide expert financial advice to help families and individuals reach their financial goals
  • Drive business growth through sales and marketing efforts
  • Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £28,000 plus uncapped earning potential for achievement of your goals
  • A company car, life cover, and a pension scheme into which the company will contribute up to 10% of total earnings

Requirements:

  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Professional approach
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Sales background, previous experience in financial services would be advantageous, but not essential
