Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-tender contract and pricing assistance.
  • Offer post-tender contractual guidance, support, and escalation.
  • Manage contract budgets and monitor site progress.
  • Develop relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
  • Oversee variation control, valuation, and agreement processes.
  • Compile interim and final account documentation.
  • Facilitate final account agreements and dispute resolutions.
  • Support debt management initiatives.
  • Handle month-end invoicing and applications.
  • Prepare forecast reports.
  • Generate CVR reports.
  • Manage non-labour-only subcontractor relationships.
  • Provide pricing support for divisions and large tenders/frameworks.
  • Oversee price list management and negotiations with standard suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier procurement for high-value purchases.

Enforcement of Payment Terms:
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project QS.
  • Experience working on live multi-occupancy sites.
  • BSc degree or HNC in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying / Construction (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office.

Salary and Benefits:
  • 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) + Paid Christmas Shutdown.
  • Company car or allowance.
  • 5% employer pension contribution.
