About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager/Estimator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing dynamic projects from planning to completion, working on projects regionally around London and the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating and management, with experience in end-to-end project and cost management. You will be responsible for carrying out site visits, estimating and ensuring accurate pricing for new projects, and liaising with senior leadership, clients, and contractors on site.

This is a technical leadership role within a well-established company that offers the opportunity to make the role your own. You will work 8:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly across London and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project and cost management
  • Carry out site visits - primarily across London and the South East (with some further travel)
  • Estimating and ensuring accurate pricing for new projects
  • Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and contractors on site
  • 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
Requirements:
  • Contracts Manager or similar
  • Estimating background
  • Commutable to Harlow
  • Happy to travel across the UK - Full Driving Licence
