**Job Title: Estimator**

**Location**: Harlow, Essex

**Salary**: £22,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately estimate costs for projects.
- Review and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements.
- Book jobs efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain a sales-focused approach to maximize opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
