The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our Supported Learning provision. As Group Curriculum Director, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and developing an appropriate curriculum for learners across college campuses.

New City College is one of the largest post-16 High Needs providers in the UK, with 900 learners who are high needs and over 2000 learners who access a range of support. You will work closely with cross-college teams to ensure financial and qualitative success, with financial oversight and quality oversight of all learning support.

The role has significant responsibility for circa £20m and several funding streams, including High Needs Funding and AEB ALS. You will be responsible for ensuring learners with disabilities, learning difficulties, and medical needs are met and barriers to learning are removed.
