Curriculum Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our SEND Team, you will be responsible for managing the planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of allocated departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum plans to ensure efficient and effective delivery, compliant with funding regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of tutors, assessors, and IQAs, setting performance objectives and conducting regular reviews.
- Collaborate with the College marketing team to build relationships with stakeholders and partners, focusing on income growth.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure data requirements are met, and deadlines for returns are adhered to.
- Work closely with the Director of Curriculum and Curriculum leader to ensure high-quality provision, strong retention, and achievement rates.
- Up-to-date knowledge of post-16 education and training policies, initiatives, and developments.
- Proven track record of managing people to achieve excellent teaching and learning standards.
- Experience with Ofsted Inspections, External Verification, audits, and regulatory checks.
- Relevant teaching qualification.
