Curriculum Manager

Sutton Council is seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Manager to join their SEND Team.
This is a 5-day-a-week role, with the possibility of one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of allocated departments, ensuring efficient and effective curriculum delivery and compliance with funding regulations.
- Act as a line manager for tutors, assessors, and IQAs, monitoring and managing performance objectives and reviews.
- Lead on working closely with the College marketing team to build relationships with new stakeholders and partners, focusing on income growth.
- Ensure data requirements are maintained, records are up-to-date and accurate, and deadlines for returns are met.
- Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum and Curriculum leader to ensure quality provision, strong retention, and achievement rates are met.
- Experience and up-to-date knowledge of post-16 education and training policies, initiatives, and developments.
- Proven track record and experience of managing people to achieve excellent standards in teaching and learning.
- Experience of Ofsted Inspections and the Common Inspection Framework, External Verification, audits, and other regulatory checks.
- Relevant Teaching Qualification.
