The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and contributing to the creation of our menu. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently, and that our food is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the creation of our menu and ensure that it is executed to a high standard.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control food costs and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
