We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and integrate technologies to reduce costs and improve platform availability
* Engage with line of business and technologists to lead and drive technology strategy
* Capture requirements and use cases to drive innovation and technology exploitation
* Work across programmes covering physical and synthetic domains
* Define and implement technology road maps
* Identify funding opportunities and develop proposals for technology development programmes
* Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and SMEs to generate new programmes and identify funding opportunities
* Interface with external research organisations on support technology research

**Essential Skills:**

* Previous involvement in developing and delivering technology-related programmes
* Awareness of key technology areas such as AI, Machine Learning, Mixed Reality, and Autonomy
