OneMedical Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our team of professionals in Milton Keynes. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the future of our service.

The successful candidate will have experience of patients with a variety of long-term health conditions, be comfortable with change, and able to work autonomously. They will also be keen to work in non-traditional care systems and have a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

The Practice Nurse will be responsible for a range of tasks, including venepuncture, blood pressure, ECG, height/weight/BMI, health promotion, childhood and adult immunisations, wound care, contraception, cervical screening, spirometry, and long-term condition management. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent nursing care and maximize Practice income.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered with the NMC, have a degree in Nursing, and substantial Practice Nurse experience. You will also need to have evidence of ongoing CPD, a minimum of 1 Long Term Condition diploma, and knowledge of patients with long-term conditions.
