Senior Health and Safety Position

Principal People Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health and Safety Professional to join our client's team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a positive Health and Safety Strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to site teams on Health and Safety matters
  • Design and implement effective methods to promote awareness of Health and Safety requirements
  • Collaborate with safety and operational teams to implement a positive safety strategy
  • Build strong relationships with sites to enhance Health and Safety Culture
  • Work with underperforming sites to develop strategies to improve safety standards
  • Manage ISO Accreditations across the business

Requirements:
  • A Health and Safety Diploma Qualification
  • Experience in an operational Health and Safety role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Health and Safety Strategies
  • Experience managing a team within Health and Safety is an advantage
  • Full UK Driving License and experience managing multiple locations
