Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader to join our team at GKN Aerospace. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of team leaders and indirectly managing a large number of operators and inspectors. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are able to perform their duties to the highest standard and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of team leaders and indirectly manage a large number of operators and inspectors
- Ensure that all team members are able to perform their duties to the highest standard
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may be affecting team performance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management
- Proven track record of improving team performance and efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
